At AssetRise Digital, your satisfaction matters. If you're not happy with your Smart Gadget purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:
- In its original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
- Not damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Products missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
- Items purchased during final-sale or clearance promotions (unless defective)
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your gadget arrives defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please include photos of the damage in your message.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return, contact us at valkamara@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)
Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Exchanges
If you need a different model or variant, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
